Chief executive and founder, Mark Dixon is one of Europe’s best-known entrepreneurs. Since founding Regus in Brussels, Belgium in 1989, he has achieved a formidable reputation for leadership and innovation. Prior to Regus he established businesses in the retail and wholesale food industry. Recipient of several awards for enterprise, Dixon has revolutionized the way business approaches its property needs with his vision of the future of work.
Dominique Yates
Group Finance Director
Dominique Yates was appointed chief financial officer of Regus in August 2011. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer at both LM Windpower, the Netherlands-headquartered renewable energy company and Symrise AG, the MDAX listed speciality chemicals company. He was also Group Financial Controller at Imperial Tobacco Group plc and held senior financial positions at Smithkline Beecham plc and Dixons Group plc. He is a qualified chartered accountant having trained at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Bob Gaudreau
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Bob Gaudreau provides The Regus Group network and its clients with extensive expertise in portfolio management, office design, and flexible workplace models. Gaudreau’s tenure with Regus spans more than 15 years, including leadership of Regus’ U.S. operation from 1998-2001. Prior to joining Regus, Gaudreau served as chief operating officer for James Harvie & Partners, Inc., a U.S. property development and management company specializing in both executive suites and condominium development.
Rudy Lobo
Chief Operating Officer
Rudy Lobo joined Regus in 1992 as chief financial officer and re-assumed the role in 2003. In 2005 he relinquished this role to Stephen Gleadle and took up the role of chief operating officer. In this role, he is responsible for commercial operations, human resources and for directing Regus’ IT and e-business strategy. Lobo also is a director and trustee of the charity Great Causes Ltd. Previously, he was head of finance and group company secretary of Medicom International Ltd, a publisher of medical journals. Lobo is a Certified Accountant.
Guillermo Rotman
President, The Regus Group Americas
Guillermo Rotman oversees all aspects of Regus in the United States, Canada and Latin America. He joined Regus in 2001 as vice president, Latin America. Prior to Regus, Rotman held senior management positions with international retail giants such as Blockbuster and PepsiCo/Pizza Hut, where he led the start up and operations of new stores in Latin America and other emerging markets. Rotman also held various positions at Kraft Inc., including vice president of marketing and sales for Latin America.
Paulo Dias
Chief Executive Officer Regus EMEA
Paulo H. Dias joined Regus in 1993. He was first appointed Sales Manager for Paris, Brussels and Luxemburg, and then became Development Manager before being Sales Manager for France and Southern Europe. In 1998, Paulo Dias was appointed General Manager for France and in 1999 General Manager for Southern Europe. In 2003, Paulo H. Dias ascended to the position of Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Africa and Middle East. He is currently working on the geographical development of the Group in Continental Europe, Africa and Middle East, areas in which Regus would like to reinforce its presence.
Filippo Sarti
Chief Executive, Regus AsiaPac
Filippo Sarti has been with Regus since 2000 driving the development of the Asia Pacific market from its early start up phase and is responsible for its operations which now span across fifteen countries and 40 cities. Before joining Regus, Filippo worked for Symonds Group Ltd for 10 years in the facilities management industry, helping to establish its UK business. He established facilities management businesses in the USA and Australia for Symonds and from 1995 to 2000 was CEO of Symonds Pty Ltd in Australia, before joining Regus. Filippo has expertise in general management, financial and commercial management and business development. He has a BSc in Quantity Surveying, an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management
